Abstract: |
Today, noise pollution is considered as a great environmental pollutant along with other pollutants in the world's major countries. The main objective of this study is to investigate the noise pollution of the city of Astara using new methods. In this study, 74 stations in the study area were selected and sampling was conducted in the period of one year and then the obtained parameters were compared with standard values of Iran. The results showed that in most stations leq, TNI and NPL were more than the standard defined by the Department of Environment of Iran. The important results of the study is, making output maps combined of effective measures in noise pollution in Astara using SMCE model. This map includes values between 0 and 1, which is based on the analysis of the results obtained, Zone 3 (Northwest side of Abbas Abad town) was earned the highest value in terms of usage. In this study, along with the SMCE, for scenario building, defining a strategy and providing the ultimate solution, the network analysis model of ANP was used. The results of the model showed that the cultural development option in management of reducing noise pollution with a score of 0.446 has the most favorableness. In the end, concerning the results of the models of SMCE and ANP, short-term, medium-term and long-term engineering and management solutions were presented based on integrative strategy of SO (strengths and opportunities). |
